All new clients must pre-book online & pay a nonrefundable deposit per dog. This deposit is nonrefundable but can be transferred one time if rescheduling is needed. This helps reduce our loss of income due to no shows and cancellations. This is also available to our current clients; you don’t have to be a new customer. Balance is due at time of pickup. Trying to make life convenient, but manageable for everyone.
